Cardiff Blues duo Seb Davies and Lloyd Williams have joined up with the Wales squad for the upcoming test matches against Canada and Argentina.
Second row Davies has been called up as a replacement for Adam Beard after the Ospreys player joined the British and Irish Lions touring party with club and country team-mate Alun Wyn Jones ruled out by the shoulder injury picked up against Japan on Saturday.
Meanwhile scrum-half Williams is in after namesake Rhodri of the Dragons was marked as a doubt for the summer after suffering a shoulder injury of his own on a training camp in North Wales last week.
Elsewhere in the squad, Wales head coach Wayne Pivac has called upon Ospreys lock Rhys Davies as a replacement for Josh Navidi who has also joined the Lions tour, with Matthew Screech believed to be seen as an option at blindside flanker, while Samson Lee replaces Tomas Francis at tighthead prop with the Exeter man ruled out by a back injury.
