Tomos Williams will make his 100th Cardiff Blues appearance on Friday evening as we travel to face London Irish in the European Challenge Cup round of 16, 5.30pm kick-off.

The scrum-half is one of six returning Wales squad members selected in the starting XV by Dai Young, as Cory Hill, Josh Navidi, James Botham, Willis Halaholo and Josh Adams are also named having lifted the Six Nations Championship last weekend.

Other changes see Corey Domachowski return to fitness at loosehead prop, Kris Dacey recalled to start at hooker and Dillon Lewis complete a new front row on the tighthead. In the backs Hallam Amos gets the nod on the left wing, as only Seb Davies, Josh Turnbull, Jarrod Evans, Rey Lee-Lo and Matthew Morgan retain their starting spots from the win over Edinburgh.

On the bench Liam Belcher, Dmitri Arhip, Rory Thornton, Olly Robinson, Lloyd Williams, Ben Thomas and Jason Harries drop down from the starting side, with Rhys Carre the only player to stay on the bench.

Ellis Jenkins (groin) is a short-term injury absentee as Owen Lane (hamstring) also stays on the sidelines. Aled Summerhill (wrist) is set for a longer spell out after the injury picked up last time out.

Cardiff Blues: Matthew Morgan, Josh Adams, Rey Lee-Lo, Willis Halaholo, Hallam Amos, Jarrod Evans, Tomos Williams; Corey Domachowski, Kris Dacey, Dillon Lewis, Seb Davies, Cory Hill, Josh Navidi, James Botham, Josh Turnbull (c)
