Cardiff Blues are able to call on six members of the Wales squad during the autumn internationals as the European Challenge Cup gets underway with a trip to Newcastle Falcons on Friday night, 8pm.
Four of them go straight into the starting XV as Dillon Lewis is in at tighthead, Seb Davies and Cory Hill form the second row partnership and Shane Lewis-Hughes returns at blindside flanker. Meanwhile, Rhys Carre and Lloyd Williams both take seats on the bench.
There are three other changes to the side that took the field against Glasgow Warriors two weeks ago as Sam Moore makes his first Cardiff Blues start at number eight, with Josh Turnbull shifting to the openside flank, Garyn Smith replaces Rey Lee-Lo at outside centre and Hallam Amos is preferred to Matthew Morgan at full-back.
On the bench there is a recall for Iestyn Harris to cover hooker, and Scott Andrews to cover the tighthead, while Harri Millard could make his first appearance of the season if called upon.
