There are three changes to the Cardiff Blues starting XV that will take on Connacht at Rodney Parade on Saturday night, 7.35pm kick-off.
Two of them come in the front row where Kirby Myhill starts at hooker in place of the injured Liam Belcher, while Dillon Lewis is preferred to Dmitri Arhip at tighthead, with the Moldovan dropping down to the bench.
The other change is in the back row where Josh Turnbull serves the first of a three game suspension, so James Botham moves to number eight and Olly Robinson is in at openside flanker. Josh Navidi (concussion) and Will Boyde (calf) are both still unavailable for selection.
In the front row the only remaining starter from last week’s win over Zebre is Corey Domachowski, who will make his 50th appearance for Cardiff Blues aged just 24, four years on from making his debut off the bench against Glasgow in March 2016.
There are two new faces on the bench with Kristian Dacey called up to cover hooker, while Alun Lawrence could make his third Guinness Pro14 appearance as back row cover.
Other than that it is unchanged as John Mulvihill sticks with the backline that played against Zebre.
