Cardiff Blues have been dealt numerous fitness boosts as the backs crisis that hit the squad before lockdown has been overcome ahead of the Guinness Pro14 restarting.
Harri Millard, Owen Lane, Josh Adams, Matthew Morgan and Hallam Amos had all picked up knocks in the few weeks before the Coronavirus pandemic hit Wales, but they have all now returned to full training and will be available for selection against the Scarlets on Saturday.
There is also good news for Sam Moore who arrived at the Arms Park with a knee injury when he signed in February, but has now overcome that and is in line to make his debut at some point over the next two weeks.
John Mulvihill will be without centre Rey Lee-Lo though who will be sitting out the next two weeks due to family reasons.
Willis Halaholo and Ellis Jenkins remain on the long-term injury list with Halaholo pencilled in for a return to action when the 2020/21 season is set to get underway at the start of October.
Jenkins, who underwent a third procedure on his knee this year after tearing his ACL against South Africa in November 2018, is set to return to full training during October although there is still no news on when we will see him in a matchday 23 again.
