Moriarty and Davies in for Wales against France

Wales head coach Wayne Pivac has made two changes to the starting XV that lost to Ireland last time out as France visit the Principality Stadium on Saturday, 4.45pm kick-off.

Ross Moriarty gets the nod at blindside flanker while Gareth Davies is preferred at scrum-half, as Aaron Wainwright and Tomos Williams drop to the bench.

Despite plenty of attention over the last two weeks, Wyn Jones and Dillon Lewis hold on to their spots as starting props, while Nick Tompkins retains the number 13 jersey and George North continues on the wing.

There are two changes on the bench as Rob Evans is preferred to Rhys Carre as the loosehead cover, while Will Rowlands is set for his Wales debut as he backs up the second rows.

Dan Biggar (head) and Josh Adams (hip) have recovered from their injuries sufficiently to start, but Elliot Dee, Cory Hill, Josh Navidi and Liam Williams remain sidelined, while Owen Williams has been ruled out of the rest of the tournament.

Wales: Leigh Halfpenny, George North, Nick Tompkins, Hadleigh Parkes, Josh Adams, Dan Biggar, Gareth Davies; Wyn Jones, Ken Owens, Dillon Lewis, Jake Ball, Alun Wyn Jones (c), Ross Moriarty, Justin Tipuric, Taulupe Faletau

Replacements: Ryan Elias, Rob Evans, Leon Brown, Will Rowlands, Aaron Wainwright, Tomos Williams, Jarrod Evans, Johnny McNicholl
