Cardiff Blues have completed their set of jerseys for the 2018/19 season by unveiling the kit they will wear on our return to the Heineken Champions Cup.
Launched with the strapline ‘Now we must rise again’, the jersey will be in stores from Wednesday and is largely grey with blue across the shoulders and down the sides.
It is produced by Macron who signed a four year deal to provide playing, training and leisure wear for Cardiff Blues over the summer, and follows the unveiling of home and alternate jerseys at SummerFest.
John Mulvihill’s side return to the Heineken Cup for the first time since the 2013/14 season courtesy of finishing fourth in the Pro14’s Conference A last year, with Cheetahs not eligible to enter European competition.
We also could have entered as winners of the Challenge Cup and it is from the which we must rise again from and add another chapter to our illustrious history in European tournaments.
